Reporting to the Head Transformation, you will design and lead the execution of change strategies with an immediate focus on a number exciting and complex change initiatives ranging from technology to customer experience improvement projects. You will be adept with working with ambiguity and distilling complex information in a simplified way to a range of stakeholders.
About You
As an accomplished change agent and practitioner of lean and agile ways of working, you will be down to earth, able engage with a range of people, mixed with ability to think creatively and comprehensively when focussing on enabling outcomes that sustain change. You will bring a deep understanding of organisational change within complex organisations and be able to navigate ambiguity.
Additionally you wil be able to demonstrate:
- Tertiary qualification in a business, communications, organisational development, HR or a related discipline.
- Demonstrated significant experience (5 years plus) in change management in a large-scale, complex programme of work.
- Lead stakeholders to co-create a change vision and case for change, including strong facilitation skills.
- Proven high level of influencing, planning, implementation and delivery skills.
- Ability to synthesise and communicate information related to change impacts and outcomes to key stakeholders, senior sponsors and relevant teams.
- Experience of developing, leading design and implementation of change strategies.
- Experience at working both independently and in a team oriented, collaborative environment is essential.
