Registered Nurse | Permanent Full Time | 32 hrs/week | 5 on 3 off Afternoon Shifts | Albany, Auckland
If you’re an experienced Registered Nurse who prefers a predictable routine and enjoys taking charge of your shift, this role offers exactly that.
At Bupa Hugh Green in Albany, you’ll step into a structured afternoon roster working 5 shifts on, followed by 3 days off, with 32 hours per week. This is ideal if you want consistency without full-time intensity, while still maintaining strong earning stability.
You’ll be responsible for leading the clinical shift, overseeing care delivery, supporting healthcare assistants, and ensuring residents receive safe, consistent care. Your ability to prioritise, make sound decisions, and manage the rhythm of an afternoon shift will be key.
This isn’t a role where you’re constantly adjusting to change. It’s steady, well-paced work where routines matter, residents are known to you, and your leadership makes a visible difference every day.

Hours & Roster Details:
- Employment Type: Permanent Full-Time
- Hours: Average 32 Hours Per Week
- Shift Time: Afternoon Shifts
- Roster Pattern: 5 shifts on, 3 shifts off (6-weekly roster across Monday - Sunday)
Your Person-First Approach:

- Hold a current APC and NZ Nursing Council Registration.
- Excellent clinical skills in adult care and ideal aged care experience.
- Confident communication, interpersonal, and teamwork abilities.
