Registered Nurse – Permanent Part-Time | 24 Hours per Week (All Shifts)
Our Bupa St Kilda Care Home in Cambridge is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for a permanent part-time role (24 hours per week), working across morning, afternoon, night shifts.
This role suits an RN who genuinely enjoys aged care, values clinical autonomy, and wants long-term stability without full-time hours. Starting mid-April 2026 (or sooner for the right nurse), you’ll be part of a supportive care home where your experience, judgement, and flexibility are truly valued.
Hours & Roster Details:
- Employment Type: Permanent Part-Time, to start Mid-April 2026.
- Hours: Average 24 Hours Per Week
- Shift Time: Mornings, Afternoons and Nights
- Roster Pattern: 6-weekly roster across Monday - Sunday
Where You’ll Make an Impact:
- Provide person-centred clinical care for residents in care homes across various levels of care.
- Lead a team of caregivers to provide the highest quality clinical care.
- Conduct medication rounds, manage care plans, and maintain accurate paperwork.
- Stand up and tell us where we can invest more to ensure continuous quality improvement.
Your Person-First Approach:
You’ll help us make a real difference through your RN experience, personal passion, and empathy.
- Hold a current APC and NZ Nursing Council Registration.
- Excellent clinical skills in adult care and ideal aged care experience.
- Confident communication, interpersonal, and teamwork abilities.
- A compassionate nurse who strives for excellence and to make an impact in residents’ lives.
- Applicants must be legally entitled to work in NZ.
