If you are an experienced Registered Nurse who prefers a structured roster with real variety across your week, this role offers exactly that.
At Bupa St Kilda in Cambridge, you will work a consistent 32-hour roster rotating across morning, afternoon, and night shifts. This is a role for someone who is comfortable leading shifts, making clinical decisions, and maintaining strong continuity of care across a full 24/7 cycle.
You will be hands-on with residents, supporting daily care, managing clinical needs, and guiding care staff through each shift. Your ability to prioritise, respond to change, and keep standards high will shape the experience of both residents and your team.
This is not a desk-based role. It is structured, routine-driven nursing where you stay close to care delivery and know your residents well. If you value consistency in hours but like variety in your working day, this is a strong fit.
Hours & Roster Details:
- Employment Type: Permanent Full Time
- Hours: Average 32 Hours Per Week
- Shift Time: Mix of Mornings, Afternoon and Night Shifts
Your Person-First Approach:

- Hold a current APC and NZ Nursing Council Registration.
- Excellent clinical skills in adult care and ideal aged care experience.
- Confident communication, interpersonal, and teamwork abilities.
