If you're an experienced Registered Nurse looking for a genuine rotating roster with guaranteed hours, this opportunity at Bupa St Kilda Care Home in Cambridge offers exactly that.
This is a permanent full-time position working 32 hours per week on a structured 4 shifts on, 2 shifts off roster, rotating across mornings, afternoons and nights. You'll have the variety of a true RN rotation while maintaining the stability and predictability that comes from a permanent roster.
We're looking for a confident clinician who enjoys leading shifts, coordinating care, supporting caregivers, and building strong relationships with residents and families. You'll use your clinical judgement every day, manage resident assessments and care planning, and play an important role in maintaining high standards of care within a well-established care home environment.
For experienced nurses who value routine, ownership, and long-term stability, this is a role that offers clear structure, meaningful resident connections, and the opportunity to make a difference every shift.
Hours & Roster Details:
- Employment Type: Permanent Part-Time
- Hours: Average 22 Hours Per Week
- Shift Time: Mix of 9am – 3pm and 10am – 4pm
- Roster Pattern: 4 shifts on, 2 shifts off (6-weekly roster across Monday - Sunday)

- Hold a current APC and NZ Nursing Council Registration.
- Excellent clinical skills in adult care and ideal aged care experience.
- Confident communication, interpersonal, and teamwork abilities.
