Full-Time Registered Nurse – Morning Shifts | 4-on-2-off | Bupa Ashford Care Home, Prebbleton

To excel here, you’ll bring:
Solid aged care nursing experience
Strong IPC knowledge and consistent safe practice
Leadership skills to guide and support HCAs
Confidence in delegating and keeping the floor running smoothly
The ability to create, update, and review complex care plans

Hours & Roster Details:
- Employment Type: Permanent Full Time
- Hours: Average 32 hours per week
- Shift Time: Morning Shifts, hours worked between 6:45am-5:15pm
- Roster Pattern: 4 shifts on, 2 shifts off (6-weekly roster across Monday - Sunday)
Where You’ll Make an Impact:
- Provide person-centred clinical care for residents in care homes across various levels of care.
- Lead a team of caregivers to provide the highest quality clinical care.
- Conduct medication rounds, manage care plans, and maintain accurate paperwork.
- Stand up and tell us where we can invest more to ensure continuous quality improvement.
Your Person-First Approach:
You’ll help us make a real difference through your RN experience, personal passion, and empathy.
- Hold a current APC and NZ Nursing Council Registration.
- Excellent clinical skills in adult care and ideal aged care experience.
- Confident communication, interpersonal, and teamwork abilities.
- A compassionate nurse who strives for excellence and to make an impact in residents’ lives.
- Applicants must be legally entitled to work in NZ.
