Are you an experienced Clinical Manager with a passion for fostering family connections and a natural talent for leading teams?

At Bupa Foxbridge, we’re looking for a dynamic leader to take the reins of our 85-bed facility, which offers hospital, rest home, and dementia care.

Leading a dedicated team of around 48 caregivers and 9 Registered Nurses, you’ll bring strong leadership skills and years of clinical management experience to the table. This is a role for someone who’s both organized and approachable, ready to inspire and uplift the team with a firm yet supportive approach.

About You

• Making Things Better: You've made changes before to make resident care better, like implement quality improvement initiatives, monitoring performance metrics, and implementing best practices.

Skills and Qualifications 

You’ll help us make a real difference through your Clinical Leadership experience, personal passion, and empathy.

• Hold a current APC and NZ Nursing Council Registration.
• Excellent clinical skills in adult care and ideally have aged care experience.
• Passion for leading a team to mentor, develop and support others.
• Leading continuous quality improvements.
• Confident communication, interpersonal, and teamwork abilities.
