Registered Nurse – Permanent Full Time (32 Hours) | Bupa Ascot Care Home
We’re looking for an experienced Registered Nurse who wants to use their clinical skills where they truly matter. At Bupa Ascot Care Home, you’ll play a key role in ensuring safe, person-centred care while supporting caregivers and maintaining clinical standards across the home.
To excel in this role, you’ll bring confidence in aged care nursing, sound clinical judgement, and the ability to lead calmly through a shift. You’ll be comfortable with medication management, care planning, and responding to changes in resident condition, while communicating clearly with families and the wider care team.
Hours & Roster Details:
- Employment Type: Permanent Full Time
- Hours: Average 32 hours per week
- Shift Time: Morning, Afternoon & Nights
- Roster Pattern: 4 shifts on, 2 shifts off (6-weekly roster across Monday - Sunday)
Where You’ll Make an Impact:
- Provide person-centred clinical care for residents in care homes across various levels of care.
- Lead a team of caregivers to provide the highest quality clinical care.
- Conduct medication rounds, manage care plans, and maintain accurate paperwork.
- Stand up and tell us where we can invest more to ensure continuous quality improvement.
Your Person-First Approach:
You’ll help us make a real difference through your RN experience, personal passion, and empathy.
- Hold a current APC and NZ Nursing Council Registration.
- Excellent clinical skills in adult care and ideal aged care experience.
- Confident communication, interpersonal, and teamwork abilities.
- A compassionate nurse who strives for excellence and to make an impact in residents’ lives.
- Applicants must be legally entitled to work in NZ.
