Permanent Night RN – 32hrs, 4-on/2-off | Bupa Te Whanau Care Home, Levin
We’re seeking a confident and experienced Aged Care Registered Nurse to lead the clinical space overnight at our Bupa Te Whanau Care Home in Levin. This Night Shift role is ideal for someone who excels working independently, responds calmly to changes, and carries strong assessment, medication, and documentation skills. If you’re the kind of nurse who brings sound judgement, reliable leadership, and genuine care to every resident interaction, we’d love to welcome your expertise to our night team.
Hours & Roster Details:
- Employment Type: Permanent Full Time
- Hours: Average 32 hours Per Week
- Shift Time: Nights Only
- Roster Pattern: 4 shifts on, 2 shifts off (6-weekly roster across Monday - Sunday)
Where You’ll Make an Impact:
- Provide person-centred clinical care for residents in care homes across various levels of care.
- Lead a team of caregivers to provide the highest quality clinical care.
- Conduct medication rounds, manage care plans, and maintain accurate paperwork.
- Stand up and tell us where we can invest more to ensure continuous quality improvement.
Your Person-First Approach:
You’ll help us make a real difference through your RN experience, personal passion, and empathy.
- Hold a current APC and NZ Nursing Council Registration.
- Excellent clinical skills in adult care and ideal aged care experience.
- Confident communication, interpersonal, and teamwork abilities.
- A compassionate nurse who strives for excellence and to make an impact in residents’ lives.
- Applicants must be legally entitled to work in NZ.
