Lower Hutt, New Zealand

Posted 03/10/2024 Job Number 42012 Work type Permanent - Full Time Posting End Date 03/11/2024

We have an awesome opportunity that could be perfect for you if you're looking to step up into a leadership role while still keeping your nursing duties.

We’re offering a Senior Nurse position with a cool twist. You can ease into a leadership role as a Unit Coordinator for an average of 16 hours per week, while still spending the rest of your time as a Registered Nurse. Basically you will be both a Unit Coordinator and Registered Nurse across a 6 week roster period. It’s the best of both worlds—gaining leadership experience without jumping straight into a full-time commitment.

With your InterRAI skills and experience in helping out as a Unit Coordinator or supporting your Clinical Manager in your current role.

We're confident you’d crush it in this role. Plus, you’ll have all the support you need to take on more responsibility at your own pace.

Or as a Unit Coordinator, we understand the demands of full-time management can lead to burnout, leaving little room for the personal fulfillment that comes with direct patient interaction. That’s why we’re offering this position designed for experienced leaders like you, who wish to reduce administrative duties while still utilizing your skills to mentor junior nurses and maintain that quality of care.

If this sounds like your next move apply now! Plus, there's a $3,000 sign-on bonus to welcome you aboard!
