Registered Nurse
New Lynn, New Zealand
Senior Registered Nurse (Level 7) | Full Time | Mon–Fri Day Shifts + Limited Sundays | New Lynn, Auckland
If you’re a Senior Registered Nurse who thrives on structure, leads with confidence, and wants your leadership to genuinely shape the day-to-day care experience, this is a role where you can do your best work without the chaos of rotating shifts.
At Bupa Glenburn Care Home in New Lynn, this full-time opportunity is designed for an experienced clinician who values consistency and balance. Across a 6-week roster, you’ll enjoy predominantly 4-shifts between Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 4:30pm, with only two scheduled Sundays in Weeks 4 and 6. It’s a rhythm that gives you the stability to lead well, support your team, and still have time for life outside of work.
This role will suit someone who brings proven senior nursing experience in aged care and is confident stepping into a leadership position where clinical oversight, decision-making, and team guidance are part of your everyday. You’ll be comfortable managing resident care at a high standard, completing InterRAI assessments, developing and reviewing care plans, and ensuring safe and compliant medication management, while also supporting and mentoring nurses and caregivers to deliver consistent, quality care.
