This is an excellent entry level role offering growth and development with a broad introduction to Culture, Wellbeing and Safety (CWS) and will appeal to someone looking to build a career in the health and safety arena.  

You will be responsible for providing vital administrative, coordination and reporting support to the CWS team, assisting with the smooth delivery of wellbeing, safety, and cultural initiatives.   Day to day you will be providing effective, accurate and timely administration support of critical team functions, and you will help enable the timely delivery of team requirements to a variety of stakeholders across the business.  This role offers you an opportunity to make a real difference to our teams, who support and care for our residents.

Where you will make an impact

  • Monitoring and Reporting - help track performance data, compiling information and assisting with the preparation and collation of reporting and documentation
  • Culture, Wellbeing and Safety strategy admin support
  • Maintaining accurate records, documentation and data
  • Communication and Engagement - Support the internal communication of initiatives and assisting with the organisation and promotion of wellbeing events and safety campaigns.
  • Update and maintain the Culture, Wellbeing and Safety SharePoint site

About You

  • You maybe a recent graduate or have prior experience in administration support and looking for your entry into health and safety.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office with any experience of SharePoint a bonus, but equally important is the aptitude to learn new software and systems
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience providing administrative support to a commercial business is desirable
  • Able to demonstrate the ability to deliver high standards of customer service and practical solutions
  • Good organisational and time-management abilities, with an ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently
  • A proactive, reliable, and organised individual who thrives in a team-oriented environment
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organisation
  • Motivated to support a positive, inclusive workplace culture, with a strong interest in promoting wellbeing and safety
