Customer Experience Administrator

In this role, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the seamless delivery of an exceptional customer service, enhancing the overall customer experience. You will be responsible for providing a variety of administrative support to the customer experience team, ensuring the effective management of customer enquiries, feedback, and related operational tasks. This will also include conducting detractor telephone call backs to garner customer feedback.

About You
The ideal candidate will be naturally proactive and resourceful and will need to be very detail-oriented and organised. You will need a genuine passion about delivering outstanding service while collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve processes and customer satisfaction.
In addition, you wil be able to demonstrate:
- Minimum of 1-2 years in a customer service or administration role
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Experience with customer service management software or CRM tools (e.g., AWS, VCare) is desirable
- Strong Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other office software
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and attention to detail
- A customer-first attitude with a passion for enhancing customer experiences
