About the Role
We currently have an opportunity for a Delivery Coordinator on a Fixed Term contract, part-time 30 hours per week through to the end of the year. In this role you will ensure the smooth coordination of delivery activities, accurate financial administration, effective release management, and stakeholder communication.
Where you will make an impact
- Working closely with delivery teams, vendors, and business stakeholders, you will be supporting agile ceremonies, maintaining delivery hygiene and ensures compliance with internal governance processes.
- You will be instrumental in supporting the operational rhythm of both business-as-usual and project-based work, while continuously seeking opportunities to improve delivery processes.
About you
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Experience with budgets, purchase orders and invoices.
- Proven attention to detail
- Positive, supportive and flexible in approach with a can-do attitude
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- 2-3 years + experience in delivery coordination or project support roles (digital or IT environment a plus)
- Exposure to agile delivery practices and tools (e.g., Azure DevOps) is very helpful
- Experience in software delivery an added advantage
