We now have a short-term contract opportunity to support our warm and friendly team during a busy period with high volume recruitment.  As such this role requires someone who can start immediately.

Where you’ll make an impact

This is a high-volume support role where you will be supporting our incredible recruiters by conducting high numbers of phone screens, references and interview scheduling.  This is a key role where you will be talking to (screening) 10-20 candidates per day and be the voice of Bupa, accountable for the delivery of an exceptional candidate experience.

What about you

• You will have an exceptional ‘can do’ attitude and be able to quickly pick up the intricacies of our Bupa frontline roles so you can churn through the workload.
• At least 2 years’ experience within agency or internal recruitment where you’ve recruited high-volume positions.
• Customer focused work ethic where your candidates are front of mind and communicated with in a timely, caring, and pro-active manner.
• An affinity with technology and all things digital.
