Regional Sales Consultant

Where you’ll make an impact:
Bupa is looking for an experienced and passionate Regional Sales Consultant to support our Northern Region retirement villages. Reporting to the Head of Sales and Marketing, you’ll use your strong relationship management skills to help develop vibrant communities within Bupa villages and build strong connections with local communities.
This is a dynamic, mobile role that supports multiple villages. You’ll be responsible for providing targeted sales expertise where it’s needed most, working alongside our village teams.
What you’ll be doing:
- Drive Sales Success:
Support the end-to-end sales process across all villages as required including Care Home Occupation Right Agreements (ORAs), helping to transform qualified enquiries into happy, supported Bupa residents. - Build Community Engagement:
Support Village Coordinators to create and implement local community plans, engage with groups, businesses, and networks to build brand visibility and generate high-quality leads. - Mentor and Empower:
Support and guide Village Coordinators and on-site teams with customer engagement, systems use, and consultative selling best practice. - Champion the Customer Experience:
Foster warm, empathetic relationships that reflect Bupa’s customer-first culture. Ensure every prospect journey is seamless – from village entrance to settlement. - Lift Sales Capability Region-wide:
Operate flexibly across nine villages, prioritising time based on performance data, team support needs, and strategic focus areas.
What you’ll bring:
- Proven sales and relationship management experience, ideally in retirement living, real estate, or aged care.
- Strong interpersonal skills – you’re a trusted advisor who can connect with individuals and influence decision-making with empathy and confidence.
- An understanding of the needs of older people and genuine affinity with them.
- Commercial awareness and a proactive, solutions-focused mindset.
- Confident navigating CRM platforms and using data to inform your approach.
- A valid driver's license and willingness to travel throughout the Northern region.
Bonus points if you have:
- Knowledge of the Occupation Right Agreement (ORA) model
- Experience in matrix or multi-site environments.
