In this newly created role, you will own and drive the development and implementation of a customer centric technology experience, leading high quality, responsive and cost-effective delivery of technology services encompassing remote and on-site end user support, end user compute and property technology.
Collaboration is at the heart of this role. You’ll work closely with stakeholders across the business including our Care Home and Village facilities, building strong partnerships to deliver results. You’ll gain firsthand insight into our products and services, ensuring your technology experience strategies are grounded in real-world understanding.

About You
We are seeking an experienced customer service focused IT professional with proven leadership experience in service delivery and support leadership roles. This will include experience in driving process improvement and adoption.
Additionally, you will be able to demonstrate:
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Technology or related subject.
- Demonstrable experience of leading end user support in a complex organisational environment.
- Proven experience of successfully leading a team through change.
- Demonstrated technical knowledge across a broad range of technologies, including ServiceNow, AD, MS Exchange, Outlook & MS Excel.
- Familiarity and experience with ITIL based processes and Agile methodologies.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated experience supporting line of business applications, preferably including property systems in an aged care or hospital environment.
- Strong mentoring & coaching skills.
