Registered Nurse – Permanent Full Time (32 Hours/Week) | Morning Shifts Only | 5 On, 3 Off Roster

This role is built for a Registered Nurse who thrives in a structured environment and takes pride in leading from the front. You’ll be confident using InterRAI to guide care planning, comfortable making clinical decisions, and naturally step into a leadership role, supporting caregivers, setting clear expectations, and ensuring high standards of care are delivered every day. Your ability to communicate clearly, stay organised, and remain calm under pressure will see you succeed, as you coordinate care, manage priorities, and build strong relationships with residents, families, and your team.

Hours & Roster Details:
- Employment Type: Permanent Full Time
- Hours: Average 32 Hours Per Week
- Shift Time: Morning Shift, 6:45am to 3:15pm
- Roster Pattern: 5 shifts on, 3 shifts off (8-weekly roster across Monday - Sunday)
Where You’ll Make an Impact:
- Provide person-centred clinical care for residents in care homes across various levels of care.
- Lead a team of caregivers to provide the highest quality clinical care.
- Conduct medication rounds, manage care plans, and maintain accurate paperwork.
- Stand up and tell us where we can invest more to ensure continuous quality improvement.
Your Person-First Approach:
You’ll help us make a real difference through your RN experience, personal passion, and empathy.
- Hold a current APC and NZ Nursing Council Registration.
- Excellent clinical skills in adult care and ideal aged care experience.
- Confident communication, interpersonal, and teamwork abilities.
- A compassionate nurse who strives for excellence and to make an impact in residents’ lives.
- Applicants must be legally entitled to work in NZ.
