We’re looking for an experienced Registered Nurse in Aged Care to join our Bupa Remuera Care Home on a Fixed Term, Part-Time contract until 31 July 2026.

If you’re an experienced Registered Nurse who enjoys the calm of night shifts, this could be your perfect fit at our Bupa Remuera Care Home. With a regular rotating roster, generous time off, and only night duties, you’ll have the freedom to balance family life, study, or personal commitments during the day, all while continuing to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents at night.

Hours & Roster Details:

• Employment Type: Fixed Term Part-Time. Contract ends 31 July 2026.
• Hours: Average 21 hours per week
• Shift Time: Night shifts only, 11pm – 7am
• Roster Pattern: 3 shifts on, 5 shifts off (8 week roster across Monday - Sunday)

Duties and Responsibilities 

• Provide person-centred clinical care for residents in care homes across various levels of care.
• Lead a team of caregivers to provide the highest quality clinical care.
• Conduct medication rounds, manage care plans, and maintain accurate paperwork.
• Stand up and tell us where we can invest more to ensure continuous quality improvement.

Skills and Qualifications

You’ll help us make a real difference through your RN experience, personal passion, and empathy.

• Hold a current APC and NZ Nursing Council Registration.
• Excellent clinical skills in adult care and ideal aged care experience.
• Confident communication, interpersonal, and teamwork abilities.
• A compassionate nurse who strives for excellence and to make an impact in residents’ lives.
