Experienced Registered Nurse – Permanent 32 Hours | Rotating Shifts (AM/PM/Night) | Taupo
If you’re an experienced Registered Nurse who prefers a structured roster without the pressure of full-time hours, this role offers exactly that.
Based in Taupo at Bupa Liston Heights, this is a permanent 32-hour position working across mornings, afternoons, and nights. You’ll know your roster, step into well-defined shifts, and focus on delivering consistent, quality care to residents.
This role suits a confident RN who is comfortable leading shifts, making clinical decisions, and maintaining strong routines around medication, documentation, and resident wellbeing. You’ll be trusted to run your floor and support your team.
The mix of shifts keeps your week varied, while the fixed 32 hours gives you a reliable rhythm. Ideal for someone who values balance but still wants meaningful clinical responsibility.
Hours & Roster Details:
- Employment Type: Permanent Full Time
- Hours: Average 32 Hours Per Week
- Shift Time: Mix of Mornings, Afternoons and Nights.
Your Person-First Approach:
You’ll help us make a real difference through your RN experience, personal passion, and empathy.
- Hold a current APC and NZ Nursing Council Registration.
- Excellent clinical skills in adult care and ideal aged care experience.
- Confident communication, interpersonal, and teamwork abilities.
- A compassionate nurse who strives for excellence and to make an impact in residents’ lives.
- Applicants must be legally entitled to work in NZ.
