Are you a newly registered nurse, a CAP graduate, or simply seeking a flexible part-time role that fits your lifestyle? We’re offering a Fixed Term Part-Time Registered Nurse position ideal for balancing work, study, family, or other commitments.
Join a supportive and experienced team where your growth is valued and your contributions truly matter. This role offers a consistent and balanced roster, with the opportunity to pick up extra shifts on your days off.
Hours & Roster Pattern:
168 hours over an 8-week roster (approx. 21 hours per week)
3 shifts on, 5 shifts off
1 morning shift
2 afternoon shifts
Option to pick up additional shifts during your 5 days off
This contract runs through to 20 July 2026 (approx. 11 months) with a strong chance of extension. Whether you're just starting out or returning to nursing, this is your chance to build meaningful experience in aged care within a safe, welcoming environment.

Duties and Responsibilities
- Provide person-centred clinical care for residents in care homes across various levels of care.
- Lead a team of caregivers to provide the highest quality clinical care.
- Conduct medication rounds, manage care plans, and maintain accurate paperwork.
- Stand up and tell us where we can invest more to ensure continuous quality improvement.
Skills and Qualifications
You’ll help us make a real difference through your RN experience, personal passion, and empathy.
- Hold a current APC and NZ Nursing Council Registration.
- Excellent clinical skills in adult care and ideal aged care experience.
- Confident communication, interpersonal, and teamwork abilities.
- A compassionate nurse who strives for excellence and to make an impact in residents’ lives.
