Hours & Roster Details:
- Employment Type: Permanent Full-Time
- Hours: Average 35 hours per week
- Roster Pattern: 5 days on, 3 days off (8-weekly roster across Monday - Sunday)
- Shift Time: 4 PM shifts 2:45pm – 11:15pm, 1 night shift 11:00pm – 7:00am
Where You’ll Make an Impact
- Provide person-centred clinical care for residents in this 69-bed care home that offers rest home, hospital, and dementia level of care.
- Lead a team of caregivers to provide the highest quality clinical care.
- Conduct medication rounds, manage care plans, and maintain accurate paperwork.
- Stand up and tell us where we can invest more to ensure continuous quality improvement.
You’ll be supported by a close-knit team, gain exposure across all levels of care, and play a key role in delivering safe, compassionate outcomes for our residents. This is a great opportunity to build consistency in a permanent role while still doing work that matters.
Your Person-First Approach
You’ll help us make a real difference through your RN experience, personal passion, and empathy.
- Hold a current APC and NZ Nursing Council Registration.
- Excellent clinical skills in adult care and ideal aged care experience.
- Confident communication, interpersonal, and teamwork abilities.
- A compassionate nurse who strives for excellence and to make an impact in residents’ lives.
