Registered Nurse
Wattle Downs, New Zealand
Registered Nurse (RN) – Permanent Part Time | 31 Hours/Week | Fixed AM Shifts (6:45am–3:00pm) | Weekends Required | Wattle Downs, Auckland
Looking for a Registered Nurse role that gives you consistency, routine, and your afternoons back?
At Bupa Wattle Downs Care Home, this permanent part-time opportunity offers 31 hours per week across a fixed roster, Wednesday, Thursday, Saturday and Sunday, all morning shifts from 6:45am to 3:00pm. It’s ideal for an experienced RN who values structure, enjoys building genuine relationships with residents, and wants a role where they can make a real difference without the unpredictability of rotating shifts.
This role will suit someone who thrives in aged care and brings strong clinical judgement, confidence in care planning, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a tight-knit team. You’ll be someone who communicates with warmth and clarity, supports families with empathy, and maintains a calm, organised approach in a busy environment. Reliability is key, especially with the consistent weekend requirement, and you’ll take pride in being a steady, trusted presence for residents and your team.
If you’re an RN who enjoys continuity of care, values meaningful connections, and wants a balanced lifestyle with set hours each week, this could be exactly what you’ve been looking for.
