Clinical Manager
Christchurch, New Zealand
Clinical Manager | Permanent Full Time | Monday-Friday 40 Hours | Christchurch (Spreydon)
This permanent full-time leadership opportunity sits within a well-established 103-bed care home providing Rest Home, Hospital, Psychogeriatric, and Short Stay services, alongside 116 retirement village units on-site.
With salary starting from $124,000, you'll be stepping into a service with strong clinical capability already in place. You'll lead within a care home supported by 24/7 RN coverage, an experienced multidisciplinary team, and a recently achieved 4-year certification outcome. Rather than spending your time building foundations, you'll be focused on maintaining high clinical standards, growing team capability, and driving continuous improvement across the service.
You'll work closely with operational leaders, nurses, allied health professionals, and village teams.
At Bupa, your impact reaches beyond the walls of the care home. Through Bupa's Blua app, you'll help support a more connected care experience by enabling residents, whānau, families, friends, and care teams to stay informed and engaged. From care plans and wellbeing updates through to activities and daily routines, your leadership helps strengthen communication, support better health outcomes, and create meaningful connections for those in your care.
If you're looking for a leadership role where strong systems, established clinical support, and meaningful resident impact already exist, this is an opportunity worth considering.
