Clinical Manager | Permanent Full Time | Monday to Friday | 40 Hours | Spreydon, Christchurch
We’re looking for a Clinical Manager to join Bupa at Cashmere Care Home in Spreydon, Christchurch.
The structure of the role gives you consistency, routine, and the ability to focus on leading the clinical team properly without constant shift changes or unpredictable hours.
You’ll be responsible for clinical leadership across the care home, supporting nurses and caregivers, maintaining high clinical standards, managing audits and compliance, and working closely with residents and families. You’ll need confidence making decisions, managing performance conversations, and creating a stable clinical environment for both staff and residents.
This role suits someone who enjoys accountability, structure, and being present for their team. You’ll have the opportunity to make a visible impact on the day-to-day operation of the home while maintaining a work routine that supports life outside of work.

Hours & Roster Details:
- Employment Type: Permanent Full Time
- Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday
Where You will Make an Impact:
- Provide person-centred clinical care for residents in a 103-bed care home across rest home, hospital, and psychogeriatric level of care
- 4-year audit certification where you can continue the success of the team with providing the best care
- Lead a team of caregivers and nurses to provide the highest quality clinical care
- Conduct medication rounds, manage care plans, lead in-service education sessions for staff, and maintain accurate paperwork
- Stand up and tell us where we can invest more to ensure continuous quality improvement

- Hold a current APC and NZ Nursing Council Registration
- Passion for leading a team to mentor and support others

- Excellent clinical skills in adult care and ideal aged care experience
