At our Bupa Parkstone Care Home in Ilam, we’re offering a permanent part-time position working 24 hours per week on a consistent 4 on, 2 off roster. You’ll work morning shifts, a mix of 8-hour shifts (6:45am–3:15pm) and shorter 4-hour shifts (7:00am–11:00am), giving you structure in your week while still allowing flexibility in your day. It’s an ideal fit for someone who wants to stay clinically engaged while creating more space for life outside of work.

We’re looking for a confident and experienced RN who can step into the day-to-day rhythm of aged care with ease. You’ll bring strong clinical judgement, be comfortable making decisions independently, and have the ability to lead and support care staff on shift. Equally important is your ability to communicate clearly with residents, families, and the wider team, while maintaining a calm, organised approach in a steady but purposeful environment. Your experience will allow you to prioritise effectively, respond to changing resident needs, and contribute to a positive, team-focused culture.

Hours & Roster Details:

• Employment Type: Permanent Part-Time
• Hours: Average 24 Hours Per Week
• Shift Time: Mornings. 4-Hour Shifts (7:00am–11:00am) and 8-hour shifts (6:45am–3:15pm)
• Roster Pattern: 4 shifts on, 2 shifts off (6-weekly roster across Monday - Sunday)

• Hold a current APC and NZ Nursing Council Registration.
• Excellent clinical skills in adult care and ideal aged care experience.

• Up to $52.67 per hour depending on experience.
