Bupa Windsor Park Care Home in Gore is recruiting for two fixed-term Registered Nurse positions, offering experienced and internationally qualified nurses the chance to develop their NZ aged care experience in a supportive and well-established care home.
Whether you prefer the consistency of permanent night shifts or enjoy the variety of a rotating roster, we have options available:
Position 1
- Fixed term until 16 November 2026
- 29 hours per week
- Permanent night shifts
Position 2
- Fixed term until 1 February 2027
- 32 hours per week
- Rotating roster across morning, afternoon and night shifts
These opportunities are ideal for nurses who are confident in their clinical practice and are looking to strengthen their New Zealand experience within aged care. You'll take responsibility for resident assessments, clinical decision-making, care planning, and supporting caregivers to deliver high-quality resident care.

Skills and Qualifications

- Hold a current APC and NZ Nursing Council Registration.
- Excellent clinical skills in adult care and ideal aged care experience.
- Confident communication, interpersonal, and teamwork abilities.
- A compassionate nurse who strives for excellence and to make an impact in residents’ lives.
