- Employment Type: Permanent Full-Time
- Hours: Average 40 hours/week
- Shift Time: 8am – 4pm
- Roster Pattern: Monday - Friday
The purpose of this job
Bupa Foxbridge Care Home is a modern, purpose-built care home located in Te Rapa, Hamilton, beside the Te Rapa Racecourse and Minogue Park. The home offer provides rest home, hospital, and dementia care in a contemporary environment.
As a Clinical Manager, you’ll work alongside a supportive team to:
- Provide person-centred clinical care for residents
- Lead a team of caregivers and nurses to provide the highest quality clinical care
- Conduct medication rounds, manage care plans, lead in-service education sessions for staff, and maintain accurate paperwork
- Be part of 3-year audit certification where you can continue the success of the team with providing the best care
- Stand up and tell us where we can invest more to ensure continuous quality improvement
What you’ll need to make it possible
- Proven Clinical Leadership experience, personal passion, and empathy
- Hold a current APC and NZ Nursing Council Registration
- Passion for leading a team to mentor and support others with confident communication
- Leading continuous quality improvements
- Excellent clinical skills in adult care and ideal aged care experience
- A compassionate nurse who strives for excellence and to make an impact on residents’ lives
- Hold legal entitlement to work in New Zealand
