Bupa Ascot Care Home is a well-established 104-bed care home in Glengarry, Invercargill, providing Rest Home, Hospital, Dementia and Psychogeriatric care services, giving you exposure to varied clinical needs while leading a capable multidisciplinary team.
As Unit Coordinator, you'll take ownership of clinical coordination within your unit, support and mentor care teams, maintain quality and compliance standards, and work closely with residents, whānau, and wider clinical leadership. This role will suit someone who enjoys creating structure, supporting staff development, and ensuring residents receive consistently high-quality care.
What you’ll need to make it possible
You’ll help us make a real difference through your RN experience, personal passion, and empathy.
- Hold a current APC and NZ Nursing Council Registration.
- Previous experience and a passion for leading a team to mentor and support others
- Excellent clinical skills in adult care and ideal aged care experience.
- Confident communication, interpersonal, and teamwork abilities.
- A compassionate nurse who strives for excellence and to make an impact in residents’ lives.
