In this role, you'll provide hands-on resident care, coordinate clinical needs, support care staff, and use your nursing judgement to make a meaningful difference every shift. You'll build strong relationships with residents and families while developing confidence in clinical decision-making within a structured and supportive aged care environment.

- Shift Time: Afternoon Shifts
- Roster Pattern: 2 Shifts on & 4 Shifts off (6-weekly roster across Monday - Sunday)
Your Person-First Approach:

- Hold a current APC and NZ Nursing Council Registration.
- Excellent clinical skills in adult care and ideal aged care experience.
- Confident communication, interpersonal, and teamwork abilities.

- Applicants must be legally entitled to work in NZ.
