We're looking for an RN to join us on a fixed-term contract until 6 March 2027, working 32 hours per week on a structured 4 on, 2 off roster, with morning shifts from 6:45am to 3:15pm. For nurses who value knowing their schedule, leading clinical care during the busiest part of the day, and building continuity with residents and the team, this role offers a clear and stable opportunity.

You'll use your clinical judgement to coordinate resident care, complete assessments, oversee medication management, support care staff, and ensure residents receive safe, person-centred care. This is a role where confidence, organisation, and strong communication matter.

• Employment Type: Fixed Term unto 6 March 2027 (7 Months)
• Hours: Average 32 hours per week
• Shift Time: Morning Shifts, 6:45am to 3:15pm.
• Roster Pattern: 4 shifts on, 2 shifts off (6-weekly roster across Monday - Sunday)

Duties and Responsibilities 

• Provide person-centred clinical care for residents in care homes across various levels of care.
• Lead a team of caregivers to provide the highest quality clinical care.
• Conduct medication rounds, manage care plans, and maintain accurate paperwork.
• Stand up and tell us where we can invest more to ensure continuous quality improvement.

Skills and Qualifications

• Hold a current APC and NZ Nursing Council Registration.
• Excellent clinical skills in adult care and ideal aged care experience.
• Confident communication, interpersonal, and teamwork abilities.
