Traveling Clinical Manager: Lead, Support, and Make a Nationwide Impact!
Are you an experienced Aged Care Clinical Manager ready to take your leadership on the road? This is a unique opportunity to travel across New Zealand, stepping into our care homes on a week-to-week or monthly basis to provide immediate leadership, support, and stability where it’s needed most.
This is a full-time, permanent role (40 hours per week, Monday to Friday). You’ll often be away at site assignments for weeks or months at a time, typically returning home late Friday and flying back Sunday evening or Monday morning.
You’ll be supporting care homes during times of change, transition, or complex challenges, so we’re seeking seasoned Clinical Managers with proven aged care experience who can hit the ground running.

About You

Your Person-First Approach:
You will help us make a real difference through your Clinical Leadership experience, personal passion, and empathy.
- Have extensive experience in aged care Clinical Management
- Hold a current APC and NZ Nursing Council Registration.
- Engaged clinical leader who enjoys mentoring and supporting staff, while ensuring your team feels that their contributions are visible and valued.
- Lead continuous quality improvements that achieve measurable outcomes for our residents and people.
- Excellent clinical skills in adult care and ideal aged care experience.
- Confident communication, interpersonal, and teamwork abilities.
