In this newly created role, you will take charge of developing and implementing data-driven pricing strategies to enhance the success across our care home and village offerings nationwide. Your insights will play a pivotal role in shaping decisions, ensuring we remain both competitive and sustainable in the market.

Collaboration is at the heart of this role. You'll work closely with stakeholders across the Leadership Team, Finance, Property, Marketing, Sales, Regional Operations Managers, and General Managers of our facilities, building strong partnerships to deliver results. With regular nationwide travel, you'll gain firsthand insight into our products and services, ensuring your strategies are grounded in real-world understanding.

What about you

We are seeking an experienced pricing manager with proven stakeholder and influencing skills. Additionally, you will be able to demonstrate:

  • Bachelor's (ideally Master's) degree in Finance, Economics or business
  • A minimum 5+ years’ experience in pricing analytics or insights generation, preferably within a large, complex organisation.
  • Strong proficiency with statistical analysis, data modelling, and visualisation tools such as PowerBI, and Excel.
  • Strong knowledge of financial modelling and scenario analysis techniques.
  • Natural collaborator, relationship builder, thought leader with an ability to influence senior stakeholders.
  • Experience of developing market insights, including competitor SWOT framework around customer drivers and price.
  • Natural problem solver.
