About the role
This is a Fixed-Term opportunity where you will be providing stakeholders with high quality, accurate and timely Asset Management and Financial Reporting services to support development activity and the property book. This includes maintaining the accuracy and integrity of the Fixed Asset Register and Work in Progress, maintaining investment property schedules and facilitating insightful monthly reporting whilst ensuring compliance with governance and controls frameworks. The support provided is essential to facilitating commercial insight and aids decision making

What about you
- Accountant with around 2-3 years post graduate experience, together with strong systems (ERP) skills
- A background in a large or medium sized complex corporate preferably with a healthcare focus
- Experience in fixed asset handling or dealing with high volume of data would be advantageous
- High attention to detail & accuracy and ability to meet deadlines
- Motivated, pro-active, and driven to exceed customer expectations
- Intermediate or Advanced user of Microsoft Excel
