We are seeking Expressions of Interest for a variety of roles that our Bupa Tararu Care Home in Thames typically offers.

A range of permanent, casual, and fixed term opportunities are available at this 62-bed care home offering rest home & hospital levels of care.

These roles are typically on a rotating roster pattern, so you will need to have flexibility. 

  • Caregivers: provide compassionate care and support with activities of daily living to our residents to enrich their lives.
  • Administrative Support: deliver high level of customer service and reception duties, and efficiently manage administrative tasks.
  • Activities Assistants: contribute your fun and creative ideas to our activities programme.
  • Activities Coordinator: lead and plan activities based on individual needs, abilities, and interests of our residents.
  • Cleaners & Household Assistants: create a homely and healthy place for our residents by providing an exceptional cleaning service.
  • Cooks and Kitchen Assistants: ensure that the food and nutritional needs of our residents are met.
  • Laundry Workers: help create a homely and healthy place for our residents by providing an exceptional laundry service.
  • Registered Nurses: provide person-centred clinical care for residents and lead a team of caregivers.

Please note that not all roles listed may be available at this time, but we often have new roles arise that we can regularly update you about based on your experience and what you may be looking for.

Our Bupa Tararu Care Home is based in Thames, in the Coromandel Peninsula, overlooking the Firth of Thames. Connected to a natural environment with beautiful wilderness as its backdrop on the coastline, you will have the Coromandel on your doorstep to explore during your free time.
