Registered Nurse
Thames, New Zealand
Permanent Part-Time Registered Nurse | 28 Hours Per Week | 4 On 4 Off Roster | Thames (Coromandel)
Based in Thames, Coromandel, this opportunity offers a rare combination of structured hours, genuine downtime, and the ability to build meaningful, lasting relationships with residents in a calm, well-supported aged care environment.
At Bupa the Booms Care Home, this permanent part-time position (28 hours per week) follows a consistent 4 on, 4 off roster, including a mix of one morning, two afternoon, and one night shift. It’s a rhythm that allows you to stay clinically engaged while also giving you the space to properly rest, reset, and enjoy life outside of work, something many nurses find hard to come by.
This role suits a Registered Nurse who is confident in their clinical judgement and brings a steady, composed approach to care. You’ll be someone who understands how to prioritise effectively across a shift, communicate clearly with both colleagues and families, and contribute positively to a team environment where reliability and trust matter. Your experience in aged care or a similar setting will allow you to deliver safe, respectful, and person-centred care, while your ability to adapt across morning, afternoon, and night shifts ensures continuity for residents and consistency within the team.
