Full-Time Permanent Registered Nurses – 32 Hours, 5-on 3-off Roster

You’ll work alongside a supportive team, sharpen your skills across all care levels, and play an essential role in delivering safe, meaningful care for our residents.
Ideally, we’re looking for experienced RNs who can confidently manage assessments, lead med rounds, uphold clinical compliance, and communicate clearly with residents, whānau, and colleagues. Being flexible across mornings, afternoons, and nights and staying calm in a busy environment will set you up for success. Hours & Roster Details:
- Employment Type: Permanent Full Time
- Hours: Average 32 hours per week
- Shift Time: Mix of Morning, Afternoon and Nights
- Roster Pattern: 5 shifts on, 3 shifts off (8-weekly roster across Monday - Sunday)
Where You’ll Make an Impact:
- Provide person-centred clinical care for residents in care homes across various levels of care.
- Lead a team of caregivers to provide the highest quality clinical care.
- Conduct medication rounds, manage care plans, and maintain accurate paperwork.
- Stand up and tell us where we can invest more to ensure continuous quality improvement.
Your Person-First Approach:
You’ll help us make a real difference through your RN experience, personal passion, and empathy.
- Hold a current APC and NZ Nursing Council Registration.
- Excellent clinical skills in adult care and ideal aged care experience.
- Confident communication, interpersonal, and teamwork abilities.
- A compassionate nurse who strives for excellence and to make an impact in residents’ lives.
- Applicants must be legally entitled to work in NZ.
