Registered Nurse – Fixed Term Full Time until 10-Apr-2027 (32 hrs/week) | PM Shifts 2:45pm–11:15pm | 4-on-2-off

This role suits a Registered Nurse who is confident running a shift, takes ownership in the later hours, and communicates clearly during handover. You’ll need sound clinical judgement, strong medication management, and the ability to prioritise as resident needs change across the evening. You build trust quickly with residents and families, document accurately, and keep the team aligned when it matters most. Hours & Roster Details:

• Employment Type: Fixed Term Full Time until 10-Apr-2027 (10 months)
• Hours: Average 32 hours per week
• Shift Time: Afternoon Shifts, 2:45pm to 11:15pm
• Roster Pattern: 4 shifts on, 2 shifts off (6-weekly roster across Monday - Sunday)

Duties and Responsibilities 

• Provide person-centred clinical care for residents in care homes across various levels of care.
• Lead a team of caregivers to provide the highest quality clinical care.
• Conduct medication rounds, manage care plans, and maintain accurate paperwork.
• Stand up and tell us where we can invest more to ensure continuous quality improvement.

Skills and Qualifications

• Hold a current APC and NZ Nursing Council Registration.
• Excellent clinical skills in adult care and ideal aged care experience.
• Confident communication, interpersonal, and teamwork abilities.
