If you're an experienced Registered Nurse looking for consistency, this opportunity at Bupa Parklands Care Home in Papanui could be the right fit.
This permanent full-time role offers 32 hours per week on a dedicated afternoon shift roster, working four shifts on and two shifts off. No rotating mornings. No constant changes. Just a clear, predictable routine that allows you to plan life outside of work while continuing to deliver excellent clinical care.
You'll be a key clinical presence on shift, using your nursing judgement to oversee resident care, coordinate clinical priorities, support caregivers, and build trusted relationships with residents and their families. This role suits a confident RN who enjoys taking ownership, leading by example, and creating a calm, well-organised environment for both residents and colleagues.

Skills and Qualifications
You’ll help us make a real difference through your RN experience, personal passion, and empathy.
- Hold a current APC and NZ Nursing Council Registration.
- Excellent clinical skills in adult care and ideal aged care experience.
- Confident communication, interpersonal, and teamwork abilities.
- A compassionate nurse who strives for excellence and to make an impact in residents’ lives.
