Clinical Manager - Mary Shapley, Whakatane

Tauranga, New Zealand
Te Puke, New Zealand
Clinical Manager | Full Time | Monday–Friday | 40 Hours | Relocate to Whakatane
If you're an experienced aged care leader in Tauranga or surrounding areas and ready for a role where you can step into full clinical ownership, this is worth considering.
This Clinical Manager position at Bupa Mary Shapley Care Home in Whakatane offers a structured Monday to Friday roster, overseeing a 78-bed facility providing both rest home and hospital level care. It's a well-established home with a strong foundation and a 3-year certification secured through to June 2027, giving you stability and a clear clinical environment to lead within.
This role suits someone who knows how to run a floor, lead a team, and hold high standards across care delivery, documentation, and compliance. You’ll be responsible for clinical performance, developing your nursing team, and maintaining consistency across care practices.
If you’re currently in Tauranga and open to relocating for the right leadership role, this is a genuine step into a position where your experience will be used properly without the unpredictability of shift work.
Alongside this, you’ll benefit from subsidised health insurance and the structure of a weekday roster that lets you focus on leading rather than constantly covering.
