Clinical Manager | Full Time | Monday–Friday | 40 Hours | Whakatane
If you're currently working in Hamilton as a Clinical Manager, Unit Coordinator, Acting Clinical Nurse Manager, or Senior Registered Nurse and are considering a change, this opportunity offers the chance to take your leadership career somewhere rewarding.
At Bupa Mary Shapley Care Home in Whakatane, we're seeking an experienced Clinical Manager to lead clinical operations across our 78-bed rest home and hospital care facility.
This role offers the structure many experienced leaders are looking for. You'll work a consistent Monday to Friday roster, allowing you to focus on leading your team, maintaining high clinical standards, supporting quality improvement initiatives, and driving positive outcomes for residents.
With a 3-year certification in place through to June 2027, you'll join a stable and well-established care home where systems and processes are already in place, allowing you to focus on leadership rather than constant firefighting.
For Hamilton-based candidates open to relocating, Whakatane offers an attractive lifestyle change while still providing the opportunity to lead a sizeable care home and make a visible impact every day.
Alongside the professional challenge, you'll benefit from subsidised health insurance, a supportive environment, and the consistency of weekday leadership hours.
If you're looking for a role that combines purpose, ownership, and lifestyle balance, we'd love to hear from you.
