Clinical Manager | Full Time Permanent | 40 Hours per Week | Bupa Mary Shapley, Whakatāne

At Bupa Mary Shapley Care Home in Whakatāne, this full-time permanent opportunity offers the stability of a 40-hour week and the scope to lead with purpose, influence standards of care, and build a high-performing clinical team in a close-knit community setting.

This is a role designed for an experienced aged care Clinical Manager who is ready to take full ownership of clinical operations. You’ll be trusted to lead from the front, balancing hands-on clinical oversight with governance, compliance, and continuous improvement. Your ability to create structure, maintain high standards, and support your team will directly impact the quality of life for residents and the confidence of their families.

You’re confident navigating audits and regulatory requirements, comfortable making decisions that protect both residents and your team, and skilled in building a culture where people feel supported, capable, and aligned. You communicate with purpose, handle challenges with composure, and take pride in delivering consistent, high-quality care every day.

Hours & Roster Details:

  • Employment Type: Permanent Fulltime
  • Hours: 40 hours per week
  • Shift Time: Monday to Friday 

Your Person-First Approach:
