Clinical Manager
Whakatane, New Zealand
Clinical Manager | Full Time | Monday–Friday | 40 Hours | Whakatane
If you're currently in Auckland working as a Clinical Manager, Unit Coordinator, Acting CNM, or Senior RN and starting to think about a change, this role is worth a closer look.
This Clinical Manager position at Bupa Mary Shapley Care Home in Whakatane offers a genuine step into structured clinical leadership. You’ll lead a 78-bed care home providing both rest home and hospital level care, with full responsibility for clinical standards, team performance, and day-to-day operations.
The difference here is the structure. This is a Monday to Friday role, meaning no rotating shifts or constant weekend coverage. Instead, you get the consistency to lead properly, build your team capability, and maintain strong clinical outcomes without the unpredictability of shift-based work.
The home holds a 3-year certification through to June 2027, providing stability and a clear clinical framework. You’ll step into an environment where systems are in place, and your focus is on leadership, not recovery.
For Auckland-based candidates open to relocating, this is a chance to move into a quieter setting where your experience is valued, your work is structured, and your impact is clear.
Subsidised health insurance adds further support, but the real value is in the role itself. Clear expectations. Strong ownership. A stable environment to lead.
